The Stella Incinerator made in Japan is being tested for 12 months in Cambodia. The Stella Incinerator is being introduced by the JICA in Cambodia with the support of WHO. Twenty three incinerators are to be "donated" by JICA to the government of Cambodia for use in the diposal of health care wastes.
