Health Care Without Harm Southeast Asia together with the Ecowaste Coalition, Greenpreace Southeast Asia and Freedom from Debt Coalition launched the STD Campaign which aims to scrap the more than 500 billion peso debt of the Philippine government in purchasing of these obsolete technology from Austria.
